VoiceMale Men’s Choir
How it all works
VoiceMale men’s choir meets for four 10 week terms per year, usually corresponding to the NSW public school terms. We rehearse from 7.30pm – 9.30pm on Tuesday nights.
Come along for a free trial night – No commitment, no obligation – perfect for a male choir!
After your trial night, if you do decide VoiceMale men’s choir is right for you, there’s a fee of $225 per 10 week term, which gives you:
- Weekly choir rehearsals and support and advice from
Mitch Kwanten – our superb choir director - Music sheets
- Downloadable audio tracks to help with practising
- Choir performances (your participation is always optional)
- A chance to do something positive for you and the community and to sing as part of a male choir
As a community male choir we don’t get paid to perform but it does mean that we get some cool gigs. We’ve been on ABC Radio, we recorded the Boys Do Cry music video and we sang with vocal group Idea of North.

Term Dates and New Choir Member Nights
New male choir members are welcome every Tuesday night. Come along and introduce yourself to Kev or Mitch.
We sing on Tuesdays from 7:30-9:30 pm.

Term 3: Tuesday 22nd July – Tuesday 23rd September
